Q: How often do you need to reboot this?

The only time I have had to reboot my covr system was when my AT&T internet box was intermittently failing. I also rebooted when I installed the new box because it had changes from the last one.

Hi, This product does not work with COVR-3902-US to create a mesh network.

Q: I have optimum altice where the router and cable box is 1 unit. Will this prouduct still work ?

It should work just fine. Anywhere there is a network jack you can plug it in. Make sure you turn off you 4 or 5 G connection when you hook it up. You can turn it back on afterwards but it can interfere with initial connection.
