I've been a loyal Philips Sonicare customer for nearly 20 years, but their quality has been steadily declining while their prices are skyrocketing. My last Sonicare stopped working just outside the warranty, not happy but I thought I'd give this supposedly new, "improved" AI version a try. BIG MISTAKE.This piece of junk stops halfway every single time I use it. AI? What AI? There's absolutely no evidence of any meaningful artificial intelligence in this cheap, flimsy gadget. It feels like a toy, not a premium toothbrush.To make matters worse, THIS SELLER HASN'T EVEN HAD THE DECENCY to respond to my complaints. I also contacted Philips customer care, and guess what? No reply. For the amount of money I spent, I expect at the very least some basic customer service.I've returned this worthless toothbrush and will never buy Philips again. Thanks for nothing, Philips!

Head coming off in less than 6 months use. I am only using genuine heads. wobbly and it makes a weird sound cant brush correctly. seems to be a recurring issue amongst users. poor outcome for £300 toothbrush. I would not recommend this brand

I very much wanted to like this toothbrush, but my dentist told me i have the worst plague built up after using this toothbrush. The reason is that it has a pressure detector and will stop when it detects a little too much pressure, it says this is to protect your gum. In reality, however, what it does is that it keeps on stopping every sec, there is an option to unselected that function, but even when you have unselected it through the app, it still does it. In the end it gets so annoying.

The base circle charger gets stuck and won't charge. Charging and travel case has no room for toothbrush head. A very expense buy which has not been thought by the manufacturers. Very, very disappointing especially for the. £££££££!!!!!

DO NOT BUY ..Waste of money ..I am going back to use Oral B brand as they clean better ,the brush itself is so soft ,it doesn’t feel like brushing your teeth at all,only strong vibrations that weaken my teeth ..I feel like I have to visit my hygienist more often after using this expensive toothbrush.

Absolutely unacceptable!! I do not know if this is amazon’s fault or Phillips fault, but I bought a NEW toothbrush last night, and it got delivered today. First of all, The box was clearly resealed, and inside the box, there is NO charging stand, NO brush head, you buy a toothbrush and u expect a brush head right? the items are all misplaced in the box. When I checked the toothbrush body, it’s DEFINITELY being used! There are toothpaste stain on the ring, and buttons are yellow!!!!!! Literally, SO ANGRY!!200 pounds, and u send me this?? Terrible quality, especially for the hefty price tag! My partner and I both have one and both have broken with the same issue - mine has broken twice now (I got a new one under warranty). The silver prong that the toothbrush head slides onto just becomes really wobbly and so the toothbrush is unusable. Happened to us 3 times in the space of 1 year. WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN
