Products is good, however is was delivered to the wrong apartment, wrong block as well. Amazon did nt care, your delivery driver did nt care he had delivered yo the wrong address. Thank goodness for the honest person who seen the parcel at their neighbours front door. They delivered it to me. Product is good

Unwrapped and watered down
Love and use this conditioner regularly, but the consistency in the purchase I made from this seller was most definitely watered down. I compared it to some I had in another bottle too. The item came without any cellophane around the bottle or top of the pump which further confirmed my suspicion.
