Is this one size fits all

As I remember it was one size fits all, but I had all kinds of problems with mine. Getting them on right was difficult and I actually ruined a set of sheets with it. I wore ti once so I could not return it, or otherwise I would have. Someone recommended them to me, so maybe it was just me not putting them on correctly. I probably should have called when I had trouble and not try to use them until I was sure they were right.

Does it come as a pair?

No it does not and further more I don’t recommend this product although it might have worked in time It hurt my toes and I got maybe two hours a night with them on before having to take them off.

Will this work for a women's size 5 shoe? I am only 4'10" and am wondering if the strap will work if it has to be pulled that much for a shorter leg.

I returned mine because it was too uncomfortable to have my foot pulled like that all night. I am a size 8 so I can’t answer for your size foot.
