Short length fabrics. Shrinks after wash. Seller stop being mean

Product advertised as 1.4 metres YET got JUST 1.35 metres. Already its a very small piece, wonder how seller expects customers to make decent trousers without joints!? Plus the fabric shrinks much after wash. Seller also increased price from Rs. 630 to Rs. 720, can't he stop being stingy and increase fabric length also? It must be at least 1.60 metres.
