I've been taking these vitamins for 15 years. I rarely, if ever, get sick, and I usually feel healthy and alert! I will not stop taking them. Good product!

This works great for the young men in my house! 1 pill only. I know this company and I like the complete list that is in this multi. I have no fuss with them. No stomach upset. I dont know why it is more expensive than the women's multi. that would be my only negative. I Highly Recommend.

Love most of the ingredients for the price. I just wish the calcium and magnesium were from different sources. Not a fan of calcium carbonate.
