I have quite a few chronic health problems and this has been my go to vitamin. I'm on a lot of medication which can mess up my hair and skin and all that and it seems to have helped some. I take it regularly and I think it's helped me feel more energetic. I feel better taking a wholesome vitamin when my busy job often means I don't get to eat what I should, this helps to fill the gap. It doesn't bother me stomach. There's a minor taste to it but it's almost reminiscent of berry flavor, so it's not as bad as some vitamins taste wise. Size it tolerable, I'm not the best at swallowing pills but this is easy to handle. The ingredients list is good with the natural sources and Amazon always has it priced at a fair value for the money. Quality is consistent with these too and I like being able to order them in a large quantity so I don't run out.

I order these vitamins on a regular basis. My daughters and I take them. I love these vitamins. Both of my daughters are vitamin D deficient and Alive has the exact amount of vitamin D they both need plus additional vitamins and minerals. We have always taken our vitamins with food so we don’t get stomach upsets. They are not too big which makes them easy to swallow and the taste is not that bad. It comes in a bottle with a kid proof top which makes it easy to use.

After taking it for about ten days, I developed rashes all over my body. My doctors suggested that this could be because the medication contains a variety of fruits, any one of which could induce an allergic reaction, so be cautious.
