this product is a godsend for my migraines. it gives so much relief and comfort when i’m in pain. it’s so easy to use and i keep it in my fridge, handy at all times. i use it frequently. it’s also good for when you’re having a hot flash and just need to cool down. it’s durable and good quality. the color is bright and accurate. the velcro is strong and holding up well. and it’s fully functional and fits my head perfectly. my family and friends have purchased these and use them for their headaches/migraines as well. i highly recommend this mask!

I was excited to receive this item, but disappointed that the strap is too tight and the mask doesn't fit right, even when it's loosened. It could be just the mask I received and not a flaw in the entire production. At any rate, rather than "wearing" it, I simply laid it across my eyes for a short time and got some relief from the burning, dry eyes of the season. It seems to be good for that.

As expected

I read that plastic stops microwave energy so I bought this mask since my eyes were definitely affected from emf. It does work as I can rest without feeling any emf. It actually is essential during these times. It fits well around my head and is comfortable. I like the Velcro in the back. It also is a standard color blue to blend with pjs. It is well made and will hopefully last for many years. I just wash it out in the sink and hang it to dry.
