Q: All the reviews say that this 'cleaver' is sharp but it will undoubtably wear down after continued use. Is this easy to sharpen??

I haven't had to sharpen mine yet, but I expect it to be easy to maintain a sharp edge for the life of the blade. Just keep in mind this is a lightweight (and sharp) vegetable cleaver not made for bones (but is certainly capable of cutting flesh).
