How does this attach? And remove ?

Our Ostomy cover is worn by stepping into the product, securing it around the waist and then using the hand pump to vacuum seal the product against the skin. To remove, you insert two fingers under the cover to lift up and break the seal, allowing you to step out of the product.

Do they make a larger one

Does this cover the flange too

I assume that it does since the DryPro has a dished portion of the rubber elastic garment that would nicely cover the flange of an appliance. Once fitted you then suck all of the air out this raised portion using the supplied pump and you are good to go in the water. My needs are slightly different because I have and continent urostomy and do not have a flange. I only have a dressing covering my stoma. As a result the seal is not backed up with the benefit of the flange as well. Using the garment for my urostomy I place a larger piece of transparent Hypaflex over a small dressing that I place over my stoma. I then side into the DryPro and then suck the air out of the raised portion and enjoy the water. Water does reach my dressing by the time that I take it off but I am convinced that the system allow you to enjoy the water with minimum risk for short periods of use.
