improve your health
These wedges helped improve my walking and helped with my knee pain. The only complaint I have is that I didn't buy enough for all of my boots and shoes. I will remedy that on my next order. Great Product at a Great Price. I am a very happy customer. Thank you.

Take off the protective cover!
They're a little thinner than my old heel wedges, but I'm hoping they'll be ok. But the reason I almost returned them is they kept sliding around in my shoes. Till I discovered there was a protective film to peel off. They stayed in place then. Really, you should tell the customer that!

Does what i need it to do, very comfortable
After multiple surgeries, my right foot is permanently slightly pronated. It's in a fixed position so it doesn't move or rotate side to side. Just enough to be aggravating when walking, especially on uneven ground. My foot slides sideways in my shoe, throwing me off balance. I've tried different inserts with no success, but these seem to be helping quite a bit. I put one in my right shoe and tried it out. The gel is firm but not hard like some other inserts, so it's more comfortable. Because I also need about a half inche of lift on that side due to that leg being shorter the the other, I tried placing another insert on top of hte first one, and it's as close to perfect as I've ever felt. They are just sticky enoug hto stay in place, and you can wash with soap and water, rinse, let dry and use again. I'll definitely buy these again.

Good heel lifts
Because I only need a lateral lift for one shoe, I can use the matching one upside down under a removable insole. These have good adhesive, and can be washed and reused. My experience with the plastic ones (though economical) is they distort over time. Best placed in one shoe. And without socks they stick to your feet - I used foot powder but then had to wash them. But a good buy for the money. Very clear, could use in sandals.
