I ordered this product for $19.99 when it went on sale. I've been searching for a high quality face moisturizer that's not ridiculously overpriced. This was my first experience with Baebody brand. I really wanted to be able to judge the value of this moisturizer as objectively as possible. The issue with cosmetics is that the claims are not regulated by the FDA or any similar agency. There's no way for consumers to determine the actual quality or consistency of the ingredients. Accordingly, I do not judge products based upon their marketing claims but rather strive to determine their value solely upon my personal experience with each. Since it takes approximately 8-12 weeks for the epidermal (the outermost) layer of the skin to renew, I figured I would use it consistently during this timeframe in order to accurately assess its efficacy. I ordered 2 jars and used them regularly over the past 3 months... Every morning and night. I demand high performance from my cosmetics. I'm a hemodialysis RN so I often work 16 hours shifts. Also, it's summertime in Phoenix, meaning that my skin must endure extreme temperature fluctuations and oscillations between dryness and high humidity. I need products that will last all day, and remain supportive through periods of high physical stress. I've observed an improvement in my skin's hydration level. The moisturizer seems to penetrate deeply without leaving any residue. It doesn't make my skin oily and I have not noticed any increase in breakouts. It seems to create a deep, enduring moisture level. On most mornings, I used this underneath IT Your Skin But Better CC Cream. I also use a small amount of Real Deal Concealer by Laura Geller under my eyes and over any problem areas on days that I work. This moisturizer works really well these products as it seems to help them apply smoothly and makes my skin resistant to dryness throughout the day. Overall, I'm very happy with this product. I think it's a fair price for a high quality moisturizer.

I'm a 50yo white lady who worked outside (with sunscreen!!) for the better part of 20 yrs. My skin tends toward dry and is prone to flushing. I've been using baebody for about a month, usually twice a day (after reading reviews) and am surprised at how happy I am with it. Other reviewers mentioned it getting rid of their "white bumps" and I was like, "oh, I've developed a couple of those ..." Well, now I'm another reviewer saying this got rid of my white bumps!! There was also a subtle roughness I'd been noticing when my skin was taut, especially around my chin area and under my chin, which is much improved. My skin never feels dry or "angry" and it's never flaking like it sometimes does with other retinol products. And it actually looks pretty good. I apply the baebody after hada labo premium hyaluronic lotion, and I use a dollup of serum mixed in the baebody for ease of application. No miracles here but I now have a very simple, very affordable skincare routine that I am happy with. And my skin does look better - it looks more moisturized and "full" and I'm thrilled that the roughness has decreased and the weird little white bumps are gone. Those things were barely perceptible, visually, but they felt like harbingers of worse things to come ...

Overall, this was a good product and I love the dispensing container as it seemed to provide just enough with one pump to apply to my face. I did get a little sensitive to it though (perhaps I used it too often one week) and it felt like I had a bit of wind burn on my cheek. I don't remember it having an odor and it did seem to moisturize well. It applied much like a routine face cream and wasn't greasy.

A very good and gentle Retinol product. I've used in now for 3 months and recommend highly. I just turned 50 and wanted the elastin/collagen building results of a Retinol product. This product has 1) smoothed any bumps on my face - its as soft as a baby bottem, 2) faded a few red or brown discolored patches - even a area of blood vessels that have been a blemish for many years. All are faded but haven't disolved ... yet. 3) Even better is that it is helping me with my fragile and crepey under eye area!! I was nervous at first to put it there .. but even though its a strong % of retinol, it was gentle enough for eyes. The little white bumps that we get under our eyes from creams building up etc. are gone! And my under eye is literally bouncing back. I put it on my eye-lids too as this is my challenge and will be the toughest challenge for it. Overall, great product and value. I am now using it on any area I want more smooth and to improve elasticity: My elbows, neck and cleavage. This solution is a staple for me from now on. FYI, I also tried some expensive Pericon products at the same time. They do absolutely NOTHING AND COST 4X more! Pericon is a marketing genius but not at all about results.

I am a person who is more than skeptical when it comes to Products for your Face. I have read "every" review known to mankind, while searching for the perfect Face Product on line. I have ordered and returned a few items because they didn't do crap! I have researched myself to death with written reviews!! So, based on experts, Ya..right ~ I ordered this product. And," I'M AMAZED"! It's actually making a visible difference in the appearance and feel of my skin and neck. The Fine Lines around my eyes are almost gone. My Neck looks smoother, less wrinkly! I've only been using the product for 2 weeks. If, in this small amount of time, I see such a difference, I will be anxious and excited to see the results months from now!!! It absorbs into my skin perfectly and leaves a nice glow on my Face and Neck, I think the Retinol is making a difference. I really Love "Baebody Retinol Moisturing Cream". I also purchased the Eye Gel in their product line. I use it at night and by morning, the puffiness and redness around my eyes......is GONE! I Love the way my Face& Neck Feels and Looks and will be re-purchasing this product again for certain! I can't believe "I'm" actually recommending this this amazing Product!!

Has done absolutely nothing for my fine lines but it does dramatically reduce the poor size on my nose and cheeks. I have less blackheads because if that so my skin overall looks better. Way too rough to use around the eyes. After applying once my eyelids swelled and puffed up quite noticing. Also very drying which is normal for retinol but I think this has done more damage to my eye area than good. The drying out and puffing up has created more wrinkles. So useless for wrinkles, especially eye wrinkles, but will improve skin overall. Last complaint is the bottle. You have to flip it upside down and smack it like a half empty bottle of thick shampoo to get the cream to lay on the pump (no tube going into the bottle). Then you have to press the entire top down (awkward) and it oozes the cream out all over the top. Hard to control the amount and too messy. I just unscrew the top and dip in a finger. Wish it came in regular bottle with working pump.

At nearing 50, I'm someone who has tried a lot of the more affordable anti-aging products out there over the years. I've come to be pretty cynical about them living up to their hype. But this stuff is pretty great. I started using prescription-strength retinol last year, but the results didn't seem to warrant the cost for me. So when I saw this in a Lightning Deal, I got it. Seriously...this stuff is BETTER than the prescription retinol! It smells great, I LOVE the way the jar dispenses, but the biggest thing is, IT WORKS. Within a day or so of using only it (and no other moisturizers), I had the typical light amount of peeling on my cheek that I would get with the retinol. However, I don't wash my face the way most women do--I don't wear makeup very often, so I don't have to exfoliate my face in order to keep my skin looking good. If you exfoliate, you probably won't have the kind of peeling I had. But the point is, it works just as well as the prescription stuff, but smells better, doesn't feel like it's drying my face out (although it does feel firmer after application), and you get a TON of product for the price. Also, the applicator is awesome. You just take off the top and press down on the white circle, and it dispenses a little cream at a time. Brilliant. Why don't all face creams have that? I am sold on this stuff and will only be buying it from now on. I need to try Baebody's other products now.

I absolutely love this stuff. Seriously, all I use on my face. When there is a sale, I’ll stock up on several. It’s not greasy at all. Makes your skin feel and look moisturized. Will not use anything else!
