Trace minerals gives you real electrolytes, not just sugar and salt like so many. This effervescent tablet taste like tangerine and is loaded with electrolytes and magnesium.

It tastes great. Has vitamins, and electrolytes. I especially like to give it to my kids after swim practice as it contains vitamin c - which neutralizes chlorine.

My midwife suggested I start taking these. I'm 7 months pregnant and started when I was 6. I had been drinking plenty of water but didn't realize how much my body wasn't retaining. I can tell it's helping my body absorb my multi vitamins better, they are helping my bowel movements, and I'm not getting as many leg camps at night!
