Hydration and Energy Fuel
This is great value plus it’s excellent fuel for my mtb rides in the UAE. Tastes good, not sickly sweet. I don’t leave home without it.

Depends on the flavor.
Edit: Tropical is good if it's cooled, but taste worse in hot weather. Citrus/orange is better for hot weather.

Schöne Balance an Kohlehdydraten, Mineralien. Nicht zu dickflüssig. Leicht zu öffnen, ohne dabei zu zerreisen. Man braucht eigentlich kein Wasser, vielleicht mal für die Hände, weil es schon mal klebt. Lecker und die Energie wird schnell bereitgestellt, ca. 10 Min bei mir.
