Although the first time the product either got lost/misplaced/delivered to the wrong address (not sure what happened) I contacted the seller, who sorted out a replacement for me. I recovered the item in about 2-3 days. The stamp itself is great. I can’t fault it. But what I will say is, she resolved the situation well. Great customer service is based on dealing with such situations and she did that. So well done. I’ll purchase more in the future
