Super cute. They look so funny when they bob up and down. They do not float. They are meant for the ground.

Don't hesitate to buy these. The amount of laughs and compliments I got from adults was ridiculous and they were the highlight of a little girls birthday party. They have strings that act like leashes and the kids would run around with them. None of them had flaws.

They are sooooooool cute! My kids love them. They are getting so much enjoyment out of these things. One of the kids probably more so then the birthday presents.They are worth every penny plus more. Definitely a great value.My husband went to go get them filled at a local shop and I guess the lady there now wants to buy them.Cute for even adults. They even look like they walk around!

10/10 these made the whole party EVERYONE, kids and adults had a blast walking their cats around! Great quality. Just a note you do need helium for these.

Thankfully, I purchased enough balloons for my daughter's party guests without the ones with holes! Very disappointing because these are EXTREMELY CUTE otherwise. The girls LOVED THEM -- and they really do "walk." We filled them with helium. The balloons are heavy enough to be weighted down and they hover in the the right spot (but the legs are short!).

I bought these to give out at my daughter’s birthday party and the kids loved them. They had to be filled near to bursting with helium to get them to stand up properly. They still leaned a bit but the kids didn’t care. The legs ripped off fairly easy too but again, the kids thought it was hilarious and didn’t care.

I am SO GLAD I bought these for my daughters birthday. All the kids were thrilled for balloon cats. We played with the balloons for about a month after!
