Wonderful book and I just started following it but it does assume that you already know yoga. Also there is a mistake - Kati Chakrasan Variation 1 and 2 are both same. I wish the author would correct that. I have both, the book and the kindle version.

It ok
It was good overall. She talks about a lot of asans, or poses in yoga. I really wish there was a video. Though it sgreat but hard to follow. I like demonstrations

quick delivery
i received this book earlier than the commited delivery date. the book in completely new. it a good knowledge about exercising and keeping you fit and i have already started following one of the plans.so fingures crossed ;-)

like 3 stars says its okay..very average
average..nothing good as I thought its comparable to Rajuktas but was plain simple routine charts so wasn't very helpful to me
