For a 12 teeth 5" and low rpm (about 1300-1500, the performance is good. Bosch blades and bits are perhaps the Best in the market or equivalent to the top ones.It is sturdy, no doubt.I am using it on a hand drill and the rpm range is far lesser than ideal range. At rpm of 1300 -1800 or even more, a 5" with 12 teeth could give a slight blunt and ripped cut. But this blade did ok at about 2500+ and made it difficult at lower rpm, simply coz the number of teeth per second were less. I plan to use a 40 teeth or 60 teeth (60 is a bit expensive, but would give a better cut for the same rpm.Based on the performance, I would use the data to make my table saw at home. My requirement would likely not exceed anything more than a thick ply 30mm and higher, or lengths in excess of 3-4'. It is basically for DIY, but if I invest in a cut jig, it would save the finishing time and improve quality thus save time.Using such blades on drill is very dangerous and ill advised. I am merely giving it a test run and after doing that, it is now in storage.

You will discover a new level of performance of your saw.This blade specifies as cutting wodth ( not depth) as 1.6 mm but practically it goes upto 2 mm , but still it pretty less compared to other blades that goes close to 4 mm wastage.The anti kickback design workes like a charm , you can run your saw more peacefully.
