The set arrived way ahead of schedule, although in two separate deliveries a day apart. They come in two boxes and once I had both of them they had all the pieces and the hardware to build them. Some of the holes where the screws go were covered with rattan but I was able to slide them over enough to get the screws in. The instructions were mainly pictures, but they are easy to understand. I would recommend not tightening any screws fully until you have all the pieces together with all the screws started, then you just tighten them at the same time and it will be easy. The cushions are thin and not very soft, but they look good and if I need to upgrade them, I will. All in all, I'm very happy with the price, delivery, and quality. I may order a second set just to complete the deck seating.

I'm honestly surprised by how many negative reviews there are for this furniture. I wanted to upgrade what I had and priced out new sets but was shocked by how expensive they were. This set fit my budget but I will admit I was apprehensive because it was less than a quarter of the price I was seeing for similar sets on other sites. I placed my order and held my breath, hoping for the best. Assembly was, in all honesty, slightly more challenging than I'd expected and it helped that I had another person with me to hold things in place while screws were being tightened. And, yes, there were screws that didn't fit perfectly. I'm not sure how that's a surprise to anyone in this day and age. YOU'RE GETTING A 4-PIECE SET OF PATIO FURNITURE FOR LESS THAN $300.I did buy thicker cushions to beef up the comfort level a bit but that's because we spend so much time on it. The original cushions would be fine for something that's just going to be used casually and infrequently. The furniture itself has lasted all summer and I expect to get a few more seasons out of it. You can't beat it for the price. Anyone complaining about it should adjust their expectations or plan to spend more money.

Pieces do not fit right , poor quality!! The cushions were in bags and inside and on top of the cushions there were rat droppings !!! What a huge disappointment!! I do not recommend this product to anyone , what a wast of money !!! junk!!!!!

Just received my shipment. Arrived earlier than expected:anticipated. Well packaged. Received two of the same boxes (each box says 2/2). Received two loveseats and two coffee tables, no chairs. So far have attempted to contact the warranty Dept but they are closed for the night. Went on Amazon to express concern, response was “may take up to two business days for response.” So far, 45 minutes trying to assemble three pieces (two arms and back of loveseat and things are not lining up). Coffee table going together easier. Will update more when we have answers. Very nice set. Low height, my husband who is 6’4” will have a difficult time getting off of this. Not unhappy about my purchase, just a bit disappointed about the fact that I don’t have all the pieces.Opened other box and assembled second couch that had been sent. Went together much easier. Screws and screw driver included. Will need to purchase washers as pieces do not fit tightly together. Very nice piece, it is on the small size for overall height and height of back piece. When purchasing please double check dimensions so you are aware of size. This was my error, for the adults in our home, (5’8”-6’4”) this set does not fit us that well, but it is great for small places.
