Q: hello...i want the one for streets.... not for all road....can you help me???

these are good for on and off road use, I have tried street slicks but went back to these after I layed my e bike down 3 times, thats 3 more times than I have in 30 years. If you are running fat tire, stick to something with tread on it.

Q: Are these better than stock Juiced HyperScorpion tires for some off-roading and light rain road conditions?

Probably not better. They are very cheap. I run them on my ebike in the summers becuase ebikes wear the tires so quick. Its a decent option for ebikes but wouldn't recommend it for anything past light trail riding.

Q: Where can I get tire liners for my fat tires size 20 x 4 ?

I've had great luck using Mr. Tuffy tire liners (ASIN# B078FHD1ZH) in size 26" x 3.1" on my fat tire bikes with 20" x 4" tires. All I've had to do is shorten the liner a bit for my 20" tire, which can be done simply with a pair of scissors.
