We have one of these blankets on our bed because that seems to be where one of our dogs likes to vomit! When we decided to foster puppies, I ordered two more of the blankets to cover our rug in the living room. Turns out it was a great idea!! The puppies always seem to want to pee on the carpet instead of the stone floor! These blankets make it easy to find and clean the pee! The pee puddles, I use a paper towel to soak it up, then spray with Nature’s Miracle to eliminate the odor. When the puppies leave for their forever home, I wash the blankets and let them air dry.

I have purchased the item previously which has been great product. My pet had an accident and urine didn't penetrate, washed it right away. There was no pee odor residue. The fact that it comes in different colors & quality has lasted through many washes which is a definite plus.

I’ve purchased several of these blankets, they work great for protecting the couch or bed from our cat (who unfortunately gets sick quick a bit) and the dogs’ muddy paws, as well as keeping fur off the furniture. They do have a slightly crinkly sound to them, but we never sit on them, always move them for humans to have a clean spot to sit. Having several means we can have one in the wash and still have what we need covered.

I bought this two years ago for my old dog because sometimes she has accidents. At first it was water resistant, but NOT waterproof. After a few washings I noticed it was becoming less resistant and now two years later liquid soaks right through. It's ok as a furniture cover but even doubled up it doesn't protect from liquid. The fabric is durable and it still looks nice, it just isn't waterproof.

This is a beautiful Burgandy color and excellent quality of fabric. I have 2 German Shepherds that think so too! It has held up to their constant use on my bed. Not sure who loves it more them or me! It covers my Queen Bed and has protected it from their muddy wet paws so far! I have the same one in a smaller size that I bought a couple years ago, and it still looks new and washes up nicely. They make great bedspreads.
