Used to be a fan of Zojirushi but with the Teflon coating failing and horrible customer support I decided it was time for a change. So far I like it fits the cup holder in car better and the mouth piece is easier to sip coffee from. Added bonus rated B corporation for the planet! 20 ounce is heavy and tall, so consider 16 if that something that might cause concern for you. * Update The teal color I ordered has some texture which helps with grip. Also did not think i would like the handle, but it has come in very helpful carrying everything from the car!

The large open mouth makes for easy to clean and the keep ice longer that Hydro Flasks I have do.

It's a good thing this cup keeps my coffee hot for over 4 hours, because, unless I unscrew the cap to take a large sip, the tiny hole in the Cafe Cap dispenses so little that it takes me 4 hours to drink my coffee! I wonder if the other cap would have been better.
