I should preface to say that I am a licensed massage therapist and facial specialist. I was watching a video on TikTok and I saw someone using one of these or something very similar to it. I am generally not the kind of person that likes machines for massage but I thought it just looks so damn relaxing and it really is. It has two different speeds and you can go either clockwise or counterclockwise. There is a little bit of a mechanical noise to it but obviously there would be because there are mechanical working parts. the feet are silicone so it's easy to clean. My mother enjoyed using it when we got it the first day and so did I. I have it down at my day spa and about eight out of 10 of my clients enjoyed it. I particularly like it where my neck meets my scalp at the occipital area. For some reason it's very calming to me right in that place also along the side of my temporalis muscles , I think that it's a good addition to anyone's home or even if you have a spa. Again, like I said, the tips are silicone, so they're easy to disinfect and clean. I should also say I am pretty amazed at the fact that hair does not get stuck in the little massagie feet thingies

Massager is excellent. When delivered it lasted more than 5 minutes. Previous reviews must have had a defective massager. Amazon is good at replacing. Hope it helps my alopecia. I am a beautician and will review a follow up in a couple months.

The item came promptly. After charging it for 2 hours, I unplugged it, pushed the power button, nothing! I plugged in the cord again and it started flashing red- again. After a few hours, the same thing happened. The thing never turned on and never held a charge. Waste of money. UPDATE: The company contacted me, apologized for the faulty appliance, and said they would send a replacement the next month or when a new batch was ready. I'm waiting.

Battery does not last that long but given the value for money, this is a good product. Works as intended and helps massage the scalp after oiling. Durable and easy to use.

It works as advertised, and it has all the necessary features. USB-C Charging, removable tips and even stand. But you will only get 5mins of usage after 1 to 1.5 hrs of charging. In my opinion not worth it.

I brought this to assist in my hair growth journey. It has not disappointed. Doesn't tangle my hair and is super simple to use and clean. It's also way more affordable then other online stores selling the exact same thing for 100+. Highly recommend

Bought this in March as part of a friends’s birthday gift. It’s July now. I found out today that the charging port was broken out of the box. The only way to get it to charge is by pushing the cord hard against the port at the perfect angle, you see the light blink once, twice if you’re lucky. Also found out that it’s past the date for getting support with the item. Extremely disappointed in this product.

Speed of the strokes is so less, that it does not feel as if it is running even, plus the product is too much noisy. I would have given the ratings in negative if at all there is an option.
