So far loving the machine and works great for my father.

This lasted about 30 hours before the wire melted. After opening up thr cable plug housing I noticed the wired were loose in the terminal connection. I cut about 7 inches of burnt wire and repaired it.Be careful out there.

Perfect for what i need.

Works very well and is simple to operate. Used it on travertine tile and made it shine. Removed grout haze that was impossible to remove with a mop. This machine is quality built. The only problem I can complain of is the wheels have hex head bolts holding the wheels on. The hex heads gouge wood and other surfaces when you bump against them. Should have rounded heads or plastic caps to prevent this.

Exactly what I needed to clean my shop floor. You will need an adapter for the plug in, see picture. The length of the overall cord will disappoint you. A drop cord reel is still needed.

Customer service for this company is very good. The company helped us to solve the problems we had and even gave us some training and responded really well sending us parts when needed and a replacement! The machine is very useful for production and warehouse floor and it is easy to use.
