This bulb is 23w, 1600lm, 230mA. I compared it with Philips 13w, 1450lm, 115mA and noted very low performance (light).

One Bulb is Broken
The items I received are the same as advertised. My order was delivered on time. But I heard a rattling sound inside the package when I received it. 1 bulb was shattered into pieces when I opened it. It's due either to improper delivery handling or poor packaging. Or, both. I will return it for a replacement.UPDATE: I received the replacement items after 2 days. But the items are in much worst condition. All 4 bulbs are broken. I cannot deal with all the inconveniences. So, I decided to just ask for a refund.
