This product fits well, and with the design it seems like it would fit just as well, and tighten to your comfort level, even if your wrists were quite large or small.I have been suffering with a recurring ganglion cyst for over a year in my wrist, and this provided immediate relief. The compression seems to help keep wrist from bending too often or far, and also seems to have helped the cyst begin to lessen (fluid dissipates into surrounding tissue like when you crack your fingers) after wearing through the night one time.I write this review because so few seem to mention the same issue I have. I do not like the idea of having surgery on such a delicate part of my body, and I have a feeling this, along with stretching and strengthening exercises, will help me recover without surgery. I'd recently experienced some swelling in my wrist, aggravated by working out, caused by a ganglion cyst. This wrist brace has allowed me to keep exercising without experiencing pain and reducing swelling. I've tried other wrist braces in the past, but I find them uncomfortable, causing skin irritations. This is the first wrist brace that I have tried that doesn't become painful to wear.

I am still testing this wrist brace, but what I like so far is that I can easily fold and store the wrist brace since there are no metal bars within. I do feel like it is working, but since it is not as rigid as a metal-barred wrist brace, that I am still attempting to find the comfortable aspect between too loose and too tight in order to create the rigid stiffness I need to sort of immobilize my wrist for a period of time. If it is too loose, then my wrist can bend. Also, I'm finding that it works better for me is tightly wrapping around the wrist bones than anywhere else. It helps immobilize my wrist a bit better. I can still move move wrist if I wanted, but if I keep my wrist relaxed without bending, then the wrapping itself helps alleviate the pain and ultimately helps with my wrist feeling back to normal after I take it off. Sometimes it is better for me to go to sleep with it on and then I don't feel like I need to wear it during the day.

YOU DID A SUPER JOB ON SELECTION & SERVICEITEM WAS DEFECTIVE, THE VELCRO WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO PULL APART, I ACTUALLY HAD TO USE A PAIR OF PLIERS TO GET THE VELCRO APART , NOT YOUR FAULT U DID A SUPER JOB

Use this for work everyday, dont go without it. Good purchase, and kind of unique design. The best part i was looking for is you can wash your hands.

I bought this wristband because I have a gangling cyst on my wrist that keeps coming back. It can be quite painful at times. This brace stabilizes my wrist enough where I don't have pain during the day and allows me to use my hand for work. It's very comfortable fits nice and snug. I'm hoping that this will help my situation.

Other than the loud rip when you take it off, (it's STRONG VELCRO! Suck it up!) I've liked this. Having two is convenient, so I can wash one and wear one.

Whoever said "instant relief" wasn't kidding. This fit my very tiny 5in wrist perfectly and provided immediate relief. I injured my wrist while painting two weeks ago and wanted extra support while it heals. Seriously great value for the cost.
