Excellent food for thought
I found this to be an excellent refresher on the power of curiosity and questioning. My consulting business relies on my ability to ask tough questions that get my clients thinking differently so they can solve their problems, reach their goals and be better leaders. This books helps me serve them.My one caveat is that this books repeats a lot of what is in "A More Beautiful Question" (his 1st book) so it can be hard to get through this one. However, I still found it valuable as he digs deeper on subjects like relationships and leadership. It was definitely worth my time.

Q: How’s it going? A: Forward
I have literally lost 2 jobs and 1 woman of interest whose last words to me were the respectful but deal-breaking truth, “You ask a LOT of questions.’ Yes. Pretty much daily. I was raised in a safe space where “I don’t know” was never an acceptable answer. You could have a bad answer, you could have a bewildering reply, but have a purpose. Ask / Learn / Evolve / Grow

Too Good to Read Only Once
Every now and then I read a book that is so full of rich material, that as I read I have to actively restrain myself from highlighting nearly every word. Because, of course, highlighting every word is as useless as highlighting nothing. This is such a book.Curiosity and inquisitiveness are so under-rated and so essential to, well, everything worthwhile. Whether you are engaged in business, raising a family, falling in love or trying to be have more fun at cocktail parties, fortifying yourself with a massive repository of great questions to ask, and genuine curiosity about what you hear will add to your success. Start by reading this book!

No idea there were so many questions!
The best part of this book is that he rephrases so many of the statements that we make in a daily basis as questions oh, and that opens up your thoughts to a world of possibilities in a way that I had never considered before. Simple actions and statements of fact when rephrase his questions become very actionable and useful ideas, especially in a leadership contact that I can see will create far more effective teamwork and team building. Great book!

A Keeper!
I still have this book. I pick it up and re-read parts of it again for inspiration. It's definitely a keeper, a reference book.

Good content but a VERY dry read
This book could honestly be reduced to less than 100 pages of meaningful application-focused content. The author goes on at length (too much IMO) about theory and studies to support the questions he proposes. It resulted in a VERY dry read -- and the audiobook is just as dry (if not worse because the narration speed is very slow).Reading this book brought to mind the old publishing practices where authors got paid by every word written. Get ready to force yourself to stay awake.
