SHARP AND CLEAR RED AND GREEN DOTS--CLEAR VIEW THRU SCOPE--STURDY MOUNTING AND CONSTRUCTION--
This Pinty Red-Green reflex sight allows for a clear view through the sight. The red/green dots are clear and sharp, allowing for quick acquisition and the brightness level can be adjusted to your preference. The battery life is good and the sight is very sturdy, with fit and finish being excellent. This Pinty reflex sight is easy to mount on your rail and is also easy to sight in. Once sighted in, it holds "zero" well. The controls for windage and elevation are easy to read, adjust and make an audible "click" with each adjustment. The flip up lens covers can be removed, if desired, so that's a plus!

Good red dot and sturdy
I own 5 of these red dots. They are tough and reliable scopes for the money. I have dropped them and gotten them wet and they still work well. Lenses are clear and a good size to see through the dot is clear without distortion like some other cheap red dots. The mount is very strong so you don’t have to baby it. Battery life also is very good some of my scopes are still on the original battery.Only complaint is there is no shake awake or timer to turn the scope off. If you forget to turn it off it will be dead after a week. For the price buy this scope and extra batteries you won’t be disappointed.

Black and a Khaki...
I recently bought the Khaki color, I already have the black one.I need to say that I have not used either yet, this is just all about shipping, product quality, and appearances. The ONLY reason I gave this 4 stars is that I have not taken it to the range and tested it yet, otherwise if that works, I'll change it to 5 stars. It got her really fast, two days just like they said. So, no problems there, plus, it was packed well with air bags to ensure it's intact arrival. From what I can tell, ALL parts work and they are all very clean, no burs, no scrapes, no dings, just the way it should come. The battery, allen tool, and the cleaning cloth were all here and working normal. There have been no adjustments to the dot because I need to go to a range to do that, if there is a problem, I will come back and say.The color, ALL Khaki and Flat Dark Earth colors are always slightly different. I have a Sub2000 that has FDE rubber grips, the butt-pad is also FDE, and my forward grip is FDE, this color Khaki is as close to FDE as I have personally witnessed. It's really close, to MY stuff, but, not an exact match at all, and really, you really shouldn't expect an exact match. For one thing, the rubber, grip plastics, and silicone butt-pads are all made by different companies, and, they are all different kinds of material, so to expect perfection is not something to happen.Tan, Khaki, and FDE, and even Coyote are all close, and are mislabeled a lot of the times, people think of colors in strange ways, or they may not care as much when writing the product's descriptions.(Coyote is not really even close, but it is lumped into these colors all of the time)Anyway, I am happy with the FDE color I wanted, now to see how well this thing performs, or, doesn't.We'll see.

Amazing for the price
Way too good for the price. I’ve had this sight for 4 years, on several rifles and for thousands of rounds of various calibers, mostly .223. It holds zero without issue. The dot is bright enough to use in bright daylight and dims enough for dusky or low light shooting. Pairs well with magnifiers. Battery life is decent as well. If you’re looking for a cheap easy to use basic red dot for low recoiling systems this is a good one.

Solid Stylish Budget Optic
Initial Review of Pinty Red Dot / Green Dot SightMy initial unboxing impression is that this Pinty sight appears to be solidly built and very handsome in design and color - I chose flat dark earth. The sight is a bit heavy, owing to its rugged aluminum construction, which leads one to believe that the sight can take some abuse. This would be a desirable quality for a sight mounted on an AR-style rifle; however, since the Care and Maintenance section of the instruction leaflet states “Take care not to drop or knock the scope once it is zeroed,” prudence would suggest not putting that “ruggedness” quality to any severe tests. Prior to my purchase, I read one review that stated that the red and green dots visible in the aperture appeared to be like a “cloud” of unfocused pinpoints of light. After inserting the battery and turning on the unit, I got that same impression when looking through the scope; but then I put on my prescription glasses, and the image sharpened to fairly crisp dots - not the scope’s fault! Given the price I paid for this scope ($34.99), I’m sure that the optics and electronic internals may not be best in class, especially since this is a Chinese product; but as long as the scope can hold zero, I’ll consider the trade off acceptable. One thing I DO like is the spring-loaded flip-up aperture covers! They protect the lenses well when not in use, and they quickly flip up out of the way when you need to shoot. My Bushnell came with caps connected by elastic cords… easy to lose! The instructions could be a little more detailed, but at least they are written in grammatically correct and intelligible English, unlike many other “Made in China” products. I have yet to mount this scope to a rifle, but as of now I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Too Much Reflection
Bought this as an inexpensive red dot and it is made well and very solid. It has both red and green dots, with the green being brighter and easier to see. The only complaint is that there are way too many reflections inside no matter the lighting except in very dark situations. I think this many be caused by the length of the tube and the glass lenses as this doesn't provide any magnification but apparently sets up a situation where it allows for reflections which interfere with seeing the target clearly. I am guessing they made this sight this large for it to appear like it might be something fancy, yet I've had a number of smaller red dots that don't exhibit this kind of reflections no matter where the light source is coming from. For this reason I have returned it.
