I’ve been taking for a month and it has helped keep my supply up. For the price it works great.

I have only been taking these for 2 days and I’m already seeing a HUGE difference in milk supply! I was hesitant to use anything with Fenugreek as I’ve heard it can dry supply. I just had my 3rd baby 2 months ago and my supply has been dipping recently. As someone who is a “just enough “ supplier , these are a lifesaver! I was pumping about 2-3oz per session prior and after 2 days of Mommy Bliss , I’m now pumping 5-7oz per session!!!! I am so thankful I gave these a try! I do notice they make me a little gassy and I do smell like maple syrup lol but I’ll take that over not having enough to feed my baby! Give these a chance!!! I’ll be ordering 2 more bottles soon!

I personally did not notice a difference when using these and they had a very strong smell that was hard to stomach… the taste wasn’t terrible, but not worth it to have little to no results

These seem to have increased my milk supply some but not a lot with one pill a day, which is what I wanted. I also have not noticed any significant fussiness with my baby when I take it.

It worked great for my milk supply, but the fenugreek in it made my babies stomach hurt so bad. I do not recommend only because it will make your baby constipated and very gassy. And I know it was the capsules hurting my baby because his constipation and gas started as soon as I started taking the pills. The only warning on the bottle is that breastmilk might smell like Maple syrup. If you look up the side effects of fenugreek it will tell you that it can cause gas and constipation in babies. They should really put that on the bottle as well.

I received this as a gift. The capsules are a normal size, no issues with swallowing at all. I like that it includes probiotics so I don't need a second supplement for that. I haven't noticed any negative effects in my baby. The first two days I actually had a dip in my supply, the next four days it went up 1/2-1ounce for the day, and the next few days it was my normal. So I'm not sure just yet. I did only take 2 a day and there is a max of 7. I was concerned it would affect my supply negatively as it contains fenugreek. I will try increasing and see how that goes. Warning- the cap IS childproof, it just doesn't look like it and you need to make sure to engage it when you close the cap.

I have places these bliss lactation pills on subscription order when I don’t take them I notice a drop of milk supply I will continue to take these during my breastfeeding/pumping journey.
