Nice light weight duvet
I'm not sure this duvet keeps me cool - for any reason other than it being a 4.5 tog, but it is nice and comfortable, well made, and a nice material. It fits the duvet covers well .I have yet to wash it so can't comment on washability. I would say it is good value for money.

Really Like It
My wife and I sleep a bit hot. We were finding it difficult to find a duvet that was light, cool but still fluffy. We Tried a microfiber that was supposed to be all season, and two down duvets that were also supposed to be year-round. Each roasted us.This duvet is warm without cooking us. The others seemed okay initially but within a relatively short time in the night had us cooking as they hold so much body heat in. This duvet does retain "some" heat but we are good with it.
