Cast aluminum, looks nice, but can scratch somewhat easily. Overall happy with my purchase. It is a good value compared to urns from funeral homes.

This came carefully wrapped, fast shipping?, beautiful pearly white, sturdy and feels substantial. Not light or weak. Used for a 215lb adult. Was placed in a vault for burial.
