They are not pharmaceutical grade
These don't work because these are food supplement grade, not pharmaceutical grade. They are not tested by Director General of Drug Testing for if they actually contain 5 mg of melatonin or not. They are only tested by FSSAI if they contain any harmful contaminants. I have wasted my money on many brands. Only pharmaceutical grade melatonin tablets work that you get from chemist in the form of pack of 10 tablets. These are powder filled capsules
