Baldwin 93510-002 Prestige Carnaby Half-Dummy Knob in Satin Nickel

I recently purchased 5 of these and I just put the last one on today. They're classy! I purchased my first Baldwin deadbolt and handle 23 years ago and it looks and performs as if it was brand new. When I saw this model my wife and I were sold on it. It was time to replace our polished brass builders grade interior doorknobs and these are beautiful! The look and quality are second to none. I had zero problems installing all 5. And who can argue with a lifetime warranty? Its kinda hard to believe some other reviewers with the problems they had. Especially the one that turned the Allen key 4 or 5 times really? I would think if you twisted it once you may wanna stop right there no? Anyway Baldwin makes a Superior Product and they back it up forever you can't go wrong purchasing any of their products. I very highly recommend this and any other Baldwin product.

This is an honest review of the Baldwin Carnaby doorknobs by Kwikset that I have purchased and installed on multiple doors within our home and have been using for around 9 months. Pros: What originally caught my eye with these doorknobs was the design, which is very unique and high end. I really like the design. Build quality is also rock solid as these do not feel cheap in any way. They also feel good in your hand when you turn them. They come with a locking mechanism and a safety release. Opportunities: The one opportunity I would mention is that the screws that secure the knob would be better served sunken in and away from your knuckles as I have had my knuckles rub across the Phillips head bolt head once or twice. Overall: These are really nice doorknobs in a satin nickel finish that have the look and function to appeal to most households.

The entry knob is extremely heavy and well made. It's very nice looking. We installed a new entry door which had a Schlage entry knob and deadbolt. This lock set weighs twice as much and is very solid. But, while installing the knob, we realized that the bolts that secure the lockset were missing from the package. Rather than return the knob to Amazon, I called Baldwin customer service The CS representative pulled the required bolts and packaged them for us before the end of the phone call. You can't get better customer service than that! ***UPDATE*** The bolts came in 2 days. The knob and matching deadbolt look perfect on my new door with oval glass, and it fits the era of my 1920 house. More importantly, the hardware is very, very high quality. I easily rekeyed the knob so that we could use the same key with the entry knob and deadbolt.
