I have a reverse osmosis water filter and was looking for a way to get beneficial minerals back into my water. I add 1/4 tsp of the Trace Minerals into a 40 oz. water bottle. It seems to do the trick and there is zero bad taste. For experimental purposes, I added the entire recommended 1/2 tsp to one 8-12 oz glass of water. At this concentration I did notice a change in the flavor of the water but I wouldn’t characterize it as bad… just more mineral-ey. If you grew up drinking water from a hose like me it’s no big deal. If you prefer no flavor to your water then mix at a weaker concentration.

I have tried other trace minerals and keep coming back to this one. Others have flavorings and sweeteners. This is just trace minerals. I mix it with juice as it has a strong taste. Mixing with juice is the best way to take them. Great quality. I can feel the difference when I take them. Would recommend.

I have a RO system we just installed and wanted to add back some minerals to my drinking water. I saw on other reviews that this is good product for that but some mentioned a mineral taste. I add about 10-15 drops into a liter of RO water but I don't find that it effects the taste much. Maybe it's a bit softer but I think it pleasant.

Our food doesn’t have enough minerals , vitamins and nutrients so this is a great way to get the minerals you need to feel better and have more energy. Taste doesn’t linger and good mixed with anything.

Although this product my be of good quality, the taste is awful. I can usually adjust to a supplement that has an off putting taste but not with this one. I have to put it in a strong juice to tolerate it. I’ll use what I have but will find an alternative for my next purchase.

I got this because I don't eat the best and wanted to make sure I was getting all my minerals for the day.The one thing I do well is drinking water. We should be drinking half our body weight in ounces of water each day. That's about 90oz for me.For those comments saying the taste is awful, you aren't mixing it properly. You want to put 40 drops in all the water you're going to have for the day total. If you're only drinking 20 Oz at a time then 10 drops is all you need. You won't be able to taste it.Since this product doesn't contain sodium I also add a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt for the sodium and 92 other minerals it has in it.

Hope it isnt laced with high amounts of bad metals. Anyways i seem to be doing decent on these minerals comapred to other brands. i rarely make subs . i subbed this. other brands give me an eyetwitch. its the boron. this brand doesnt give me an eye twitch. other brands dont have fulvic / humics. this one does.

Unfortunately I couldn't return this item. I did lots of research about trace minerals drops to add to my water, and according to that research, this was supposed to have minimal taste. Not true! I put in the recommended amount to my water and immediately spat it out. I added more water, to hopefully dilute it to a tolerable taste. No such luck. I'm sure it's a good quality product but holy mackerel the taste is terrible. I'll be going back to my regular trace minerals drops.
