I've had this for the past week and been using it daily. so why did I not buy those other portable nebulizers that are 10% of the price of this? well; it is for the quality and warranty of this item from a well known brand. I'm going to be using this everyday for my kids whenever they get sick and I want it to work 100% of the time. It also says 5yrs warranty in the box and has a local contact center in the UAE so I have a place to send it to for repair. I plan to take it with us during travels and I want to have the peace of mind that it will not randomly break (without abuse) because keeping my kids' nose and lungs clear keeps them fast asleep at night saving me hours of sleep time.Item works as described and came with a very detailed instruction manual. There is a small mesh part that is a consumable and it said to replace it annually which is understandable.

It stopped working after 2nd use

Finally we managed to give nose solutions to our son while sleeping. No noise at all! Very effective. It worths the money

I love this product! I previously bought one through Talabat for 900 AED, but when I found it here on amazon retailing for around 400 AED, I decided to order two from this seller since I live in two different countries and wanted one in each. One arrived in perfect condition, while the other had a loose lid, but it still functions very well.

Pros:- Silent (makes absolutely no sound)- Compact and comes with a carrying kit- Can be held at any angle during nebulizationCons:- It is quite expensive as compared to other nebulizers. You pay extra for the compactness and silent operation.This nebulizer was perfect for my 2 year old. We knew he wouldn't take nebulization while being awake (had tried unsuccessfully at a clinic earlier) because the noise and the fumes scared him. So, the alternative was to do it while he was asleep. I first bought a nebulizer from another brand (at half the price) that claimed to be silent but in reality wasn't and I ended up scaring and waking up my kid. Decided to upgrade to the Omron MicroAir and I am beyond impressed.

You can do nebulization to babies while they are sleeping that is amazing, zero noise!

Not working with Hypertonic saline solution otherwise machine is good.
