These are nice. Thin - if you want that. I bought these cause I needed next day but I would recommend going to their website instead and getting the next level up. personally, I like the way those feel better. They're a little thicker and I trust em more.

It's too thin, the ones with an inner and outer layer hold up and form better. You have to be super careful when forming this. The $7 Shock Doctor mouthpiece is honestly better than this, so I would just recommend that one. If the outside and inside are two different colors then it has more than one layer and is more durable. I tried to get this so I would have an extra, in case my mouthpiece drops and they need to give me another one in the corner in the middle of the round... then I'd have it. This mouthguard may work for some people, it did not work for me. I've been forming mouthguards for years, I know how to do it. The problem with this is the fit wasn't perfect so I kept trying to form it and reform it and it just twisted over itself and how hot it was really hurt my teeth. I haven't had that experience with literally any other mouthpiece, including the clear cheap ones.

It last a long time can’t complain

I love it, it is soft and easy to wear, protects my teeth when I get hit in the face. I've been sparring for years and this is one of the good ones I've purchased plus a cool design.
