I wish I had gotten the tablets, I find it's better to take a uniform amount. The bricks they come in will never make for less than a few days use. Still, this stuff is great for you, smells great, tastes great in coffee.

I used this to make my own 'chocolate' which I've put in quotes because it's not actual chocolate. I melted this and mixed in carob powder, along with some coconut milk powder and stevia. It tastes exactly like chocolate! I can't even tell a difference. What I like about this product specifically is how distinctively it smells like chocolate. Usually white chocolate (made with cacao butter) doesn't smell so chocolately but this does. It's also very easy to break into pieces to use. The bag it came in appears to be very sturdy and it's easy to open/close. Will be ordering again soon.

Best cocoa butter I've tried yet. Very nice. Smells FRESH to me! Fresher than the other cocoa butter I bought on Amazon.

I bought this to add to my bulletproof coffee. The good news, this offers the best flavor, meaning when I used butter or ghee, I could always tell I was drinking coffee with butter or ghee, however, with cacao butter, it only enhances the flavor of good coffee. On the other hand, cacao butter is EXTREMELY flakey and messy to work with. If buying for coffee I advice the wafers! Or else it will be a flaky mess. What I did was melt down the entire cacao butter into a jar, but next time I will definitely buy the wafers! If you’re buying this to bake with, this definitely a good product for cost! If Bulletproof, buy the Wafers!

Excellent product!

This stuff is really good for making treats to fit into several different diet types (keto,paleo, gluten- free, etc). It tastes so good on it's own and has the melt-in-your-mouth buttery feel. It's the same taste as cacao nibs, I'd say. I personally have only used Erythitol to sweeten it and though it's amazing, I personally didn't think it tasted like white chocolate. Though, thinking back to when I used to eat white chocolate, it was the cheap kind that had other stuff in it...I can't have dairy but wonder if cream might give it more of that white-chocolate taste? Adding cacao powder and nut butter is amazing (drool face) Works great in my Wilton silicone molds Many, many uses (best to Google)!

Folks this is got to be one of the best products out there! It was recommended this through Gretchen's Bakery. We started making our own Home Products as well as making our own chocolates due to the atrocities of what's going on in Factory farmed animals after watching DOMINION we went completely vegan and let me explain what vegan is it is stopping violence against animals. I cannot believe that 70% of all of our illnesses are due to eating animals I never knew but I know now so I will be repeatedly purchasing this product! It's a little pricey but I think you'll be satisfied. Let's see if it will come in a composting bag. Plastic has taking over.
