Great during allergy season helped control excess congestion, is also helpful for digestion.

If you look at the ingredients, it's got vitamin c and zinc, the 2 most important substances that if anyone lacks, leads to all kinds of health issues. I have horrible allergies nearly all year round. I have done a million tests and seen specialists regarding my on and off severe bouts of cough and my skin allergies. So far they haven't found anything but just tell me to keep my immunity up. I also have shingles problem. And post neuralgia kills me. I have taken this supplement for nearly 3+ weeks. I feel my killer cough has improved a bit, I need to carry on taking this supplement for added benefits. it's easy to swallow and doesn't give a bad aftertaste. I wish we could get some magical pills to get rid of our list of issues but unfortunately we need to wait patiently and atleast take the supplement for few months as immunity built up takes time.

I bought this product because my father saw something on the internet from a Canadian physician saying that if you took this product the chances of you getting sick with covid was slim. I figured it couldn't hurt trying it since it's vitamins. The daily dosage is 4 capsules per day. They are moderate in size. I gave an average rating on easy to swallow because it seems like the older I become the harder it is for me to swallow medicine. There really is no flavor but there is a green dust within the bottle that will sometimes coat the capsules. (I think this is probably the vitamin itself within the capsules. The bottle gives you a months supply so it's not bad to me for the value. Vitamins in general can be a little pricey.

Works really well and take it regularly, spread out my does through the day at meal time - 2 in the morning, 1 at noon and 1 in the evening before dinner, as the dose of 4 tabs at once have made me feel nauseous a couple of times. I have noticed a difference, particularly when others around you are getting sick and your not! Must be doing something right?! I have purchased this several times and will continue to do so - I highly recommend.

Items received does not match advertised picture and description. Says Pineapple flavour with 25% bonus and bottles received are the older batch. Not the 𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗥 𝟬𝟳/𝟮𝟮* 𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗖 one. Disappointing. Too much effort to submit return and the time factor involved, as products shipped from US.
