Q: Does it have a nice fragrance?

The scent is close to a harsh sterile chemical smell, and it burns the lungs to breath in..so I wouldn't try. No there is no fragrance added, as it's a pretty harsh chemical. It's suggested to wear gloves with use, so as not to get chemical burns.

Q: Can you use this to disinfect/sterilize a facial mask brush?

This can be used to disinfect non porous tools

Q: Does it rust your DE razor over time?

No, I don't let the razor stay in the jar for more than 10-20 minutes tops. After I remove it from the solution I dry the razor parts thoroughly. I have had the same razor for almost 2 years and no signs of rust.
