I fractured a bone in my foot and developed a fracture blister. My orthopedic surgeon didn't recommend anything for the eventual wound. I searched on Google for how to take care of it. Almost every search result recommended this. By the time it popped, it was the sise of an egg - on the top of my foot, up by my toes. Needless to say, I was very concerned about an infection. I had a huge area of open skin. Ugh. I used this three times a day for about two weeks. I'm happy to say that I didn't get an infection and this even helped to cushion the area. I still have about a third of it left.

You can't go wrong with Silver Biotics in my humble opinion they're 100% better than tripple antibiotic style ointments like neosporin. If you've got an annoying skin issue that just wont go away, fungi infection, or just a minor cut or scrape. No harm in giving it a try, right? Thats what I did and now im a loyal customer. The people at Silver Biotics are amazing. Thank you so much.p.s.I really love the elegant packaging and container of these too as trivial as that might sound.

got this for cheek dryness since regular gel has worked out great for my rosacea but, dried my skin out more. this version didn't work out for my rosacea skin, made me breakout and rosacea bumps/symptoms got worse. did smooth out the rough skin some though.

I’m sure this is a great product for healing on your body, but I specifically got it for my face. Unfortunately coconut oil (the 2nd ingredient in this) clogs pores. There’s so many other moisturizing and Anti inflammatory oils that could have been used:(
