Not great start but seller very helpful
Ordered as some wheels missing from bed when delivered and needed them in a hurry. Put them on, made bed, sat on it and one wheel broke straight away! Would return only need the bed tonight and can't use without castors. Contacted the seller and they were very helpful and arranged for a replacement to he sent out the next working day.

The item was what I needed and did the job, though it was delivered to an address in the next street and delayed time of fitting.

Not heavy duty
I know this is a cheap product and was bought knowing this.However, after fitting a set of 8 to a bed I now know that I should have sourced something more robust as one of the casters has bent and will not satisfactorily be repairable after 4 days use. I have bought another set as spairs but I know they will not have any longevity but I also do not expect the bed to last much longer eather, so no point in doing anything of of significance as a repair.
