Q: Does the 200 lb bag really fit all four bags of sand 50 pounds each?

Yes, my 200 lb sandbag fits all 4 bags of sand (50 pounds each ). It looked like it was almost full when I put the third bag, and there is no more room for another one, but when you shake a little bit your bag, you will clearly see that there are plenty of space for the 4th one. When I put all 4 bags the bag was full. No more, no less. Exactly 4 bags

That I don't know. They are well made and work well though!

Q: I have one of these bags, but tend not to drop it out of feer of the seems busting. Does anyone drop it from shoulder height on a consistent basis?

I drop it over my shoulder with no issues.
