Q: would this pan work for making jaffa cakes?

I’ve only made mince pies with these pans but I think they would work just fine for Jaffa cakes.

Q: What is the diameter and depth of the cups? Or how much filling will it hold?

The diameter of the cups is 2 1/2 inches and 1/2 inch deep with a shallow slope. A round of pastry cut with a 3 inch cookie/biscuit cutter just fits in the depression. Each little cup will hold 2 tablespoons of liquid. We use it for jam tarts adding a layer of pastry and about a teaspoon of jam before baking.

Q: Where is this pan made?

I'm not sure where it's made, but I can recommend it. It is durable and stick proof. We have made many things with ut and it still looks new

Q: Is this the right size for fairy cakes?

Fairy cakes are generally a little smaller than cupcakes...And they are drizzled with icing instead of buttercream topping
