I bought the flavorless and just as advertised, it doesn't have a flavor. Pro- no flavor and other than a little thickening, doesn't effect the taste of the BCAAs I mix with it for a during workout drink. If I am lifting heavy and feel empty at the end of a workout, I'll add a scoop to my post workout whey. I've noticed that my energy levels are more consistent through out a long work out on the bike, swimming or weigh training. I took a star off, because it clumps easily, although I've learned to avoid it most of the time if I shake the heck out of it immediately after adding liquid.

On paper the product looks great. In real life it is HORRIBLE. This is a fiber that becomes INSOLUBLE In water no matter how you mix it, temp of water , etc. What this means is the powder instantly turns into a waxy clump that you cannot swallow. In addition to the clump, the fiber sticks to the container . This is a complete waste. The company does not give returns, and their product is defective.....Steer away from this one.

Training for a marathon and long runs are starting to go over the 90 minute mark. Normally exercise fasted, but still take a low sugar electrolyte drink. Decided to try Vitargo for the last long run and never doing a long run without this supplement ever again. Ran for 100 minutes on single serving (2 scoops), but could have run longer. Bought the sugarless blend, but added some Gatorade for taste. Has a distinct mouthfeel, but goes down easy. No stomach upset/bloating pre workout, during workout, or post workout. Note: use a shaker bottle and make sure your liquid is added first. Even with the spring, the Vitargo will stick to the bottom of the bottle if you add it to a wet bottle. Also, let it sit in the water for a bit even after shaking. It will dissolve better. Very happy with this purchase!

I purchased this to use as intra and post intra carbs. Unfortunately it does not fulfill its purpose as an intra workout carb drink because if it is not consumed immediately it turns into a large clump. Due to the price, I am consuming it in my post workout shake. For that purpose only, it is effective. I do not recommend this product.
