St. Tropez Gradual Tan Classic Face Cream, Medium/Dark - 50 ml

Same as St.Tropez Everyday Body, I was skeptical at first. I had a formal dinner to attend - I purchased this product 4 days prior. I applied in the evenings before bed for 3 straight nights. I couldn't believe how great this felt on my skin, and how pleasant the smell was! Great moisturizing qualities! I was afraid my skin would look orange or yellow, Wow! What a great product! Easy application; great gradual color; awesome moisturizer; nice smell! Would highly recommend!!!

I have a fair to medium skin tone. I’ve used this 7 nights in a row before bed and my face barely has any tan to it at all. I’ve tried using more product which makes no difference. I also forgot to wash my hands one night after applying but my palms had no colour on them the following morning.

Has St Tropez HQ omitted to put any fake tan in this? I've been using a dollop the size of a large grape on my (very pale) face every morning with not the slightest hint of colour change. I've been skipping my usual serums for a few days to see if this is the cause, it's not. I appear to have paid a lot of cash for a cheap moisturiser which did nothing for my skin.The amount I used also made my sunscreen pill despite waiting for an hour for this to sink in.Not happy at all. Have returned for a refund... it's that bad I'm annoyed and refusing to put it in the bin.

I have been using the medium/ dark gradual face tan for some time now in all seasons. I just would not be without it. When applied it feels like a moisturiser & gives a natural look. Also it is a handy size for travelling.

Bought it for my daughter as she is a regular user but she tells me this is not working as all other ones have. Her face is still quite pale. Could it be a wrong batch or old stock ?
