It's huge, it's cool, it's supportive. I love the fact the cooling area is huge, if you got hot in one area just switch place and it's cool again, not it's get hot quickly. It's soft at first when you lay on it, as it's compressed, it's getting supportive to where it need support. Also a big plus that is mentioned nowhere, the pillow is super heavy, wherever you decide to put it it will stay there unless you want to move it, never fall off the pillow again. It's pricy, but did I mention it got 5 years warranty?

Love it! Great support for head and neck. Pillow stays cool all night. I used the previous generation of this pillow for 10 years and it’s still a good pillow, but was losing its firmness after 10 years. I expect to get another 10 years from this one.

I was hesitant to buy this specific pillow (King Size) as for all the negative reviews. I’m glad I did not listen to them and bought it!! I LOVE IT!! $200 for a King Size, Tempur Pedic and more specifically a cooling pillow, is dirt cheap! My husband and I have a Tempur Pedic bed, and all of our pillows, including our travel pillows (Queen size) are Tempur Pedic. I love this pillow and its cooling effect. It’s the perfect pressure for me, a side and seldom back sleeper. The cooling property does work for a period of time, like anything you will need to change the head location as one spot can only be kept cool for a period of time before it loses its cooling effect. So, it does work, as it’s intended. I continue to highly recommend Tempur pedic and the pillows including this cooling pillow. So much so, I am going to convince my husband to get a new one. I had my last Tempur Pedic pillow for 8 years before I bought this one. That’s $25/ year for an amazing pillow! Don’t even procrastinate!! Buy it! You’ll love it!! No picture needed. Love this pillow! Super comfy and supportive, and the cooling feature actually works — no more flipping to the cold side. My neck feels great in the morning, and I sleep way better now. Pricey, but 100% worth it.

Extraordianaria compra. Tardas en acostumbrar y cuesta trabajo pero al final vale la pena. Algo que no es muy atractivo es que es muy pesada y dificil de manipular inclusive de tender la cama. Pero buen producto
