I purchased this product for a new heavy punching bag. This hanger worked great and was easy to install. Even came with a template for drilling the holes.

Very sturdy. Got it for pulley workout system, also bought on amazon. Handles the weight easily. Not that I'm a muscle head, but i am definitely not worried about this product
