These are truly amazing knives. A nice weight. Beautiful sheen, washes great in the dish washer. Cutting edge is sharp and cuts through a steak like butter. Perfect for everyday and company.

I bought these knives because I was tired of dinner knives that are so dull you can dance a jig on their blades. These Kyrtaon knives are perfect - the best of both worlds. They look and work great as dinner knives and can also be used as steak knives.

Easy to keep clean, no plastic to break or fall into food. Great price, and after a few uses, I finally threw away my lagouile steak knives. They broke one by one. The new knives will probably last forever. Other steak knives, (quisinart) are so jagged that they scratch my porcelain plates. Out they go also.

Could be better. Works. But I wish I would have gotten a better design.

This is the first set of steak knives that I haven't had to scrub the rust stains off. They are sharp enough for meats. . The smooth shape cleans in the dishwasher. No wood handle to have to scrub.

Matches my new HomeChoice 20 Piece stainless steel silverware set perfectly, looks nice. I like that they're dishwasher safe. But, while beautiful, these knives aren't sharp enough and the serrated cutting section isn't long enough. Yes they'll cut, but it takes more pressure than my delicate hands care to use. Unless I press down a bit, they don't even cut through a banana peel (it left like... a dent.) If you're medium-agressive with the pressure they'll cut steak. They're very pretty, cut better than butter knives, but I prefer the other sharper set of standard black handled serrated stainless steel steak knives I bought.
