First off I must say the flavor is spot on! And it mixes well, the smell is pleasant. The taste is like a green jolly rancher. You can take 1-3 scoops pre day. 1 scoops you feel great amazing! 2 scoops you feel like super man 3 scoops you feel like you just stole Superman girl and embarrassed him in town square! 3 scoops may be to much for some as it is loaded in beta alanine. Which causes tingling but I love that stuff! And I never had a crash on it I slowly mellowed out on it I work 8-12 in a truck shop and I never felt tired even though I worked out 2 hours before I started my shift. It also never effected my sleep and it never slept like a baby.

I learned about this product on Quora, or Reddit, forget which, but I'm over 50 and have a demanding job and need to hit the gym regularly to stay fit. My problem, its just hard to get out of bed. Well I read the ratings, and ordered it. WOW. It lives up to the hype - not just for workouts but for getting up earlier for work, and then I take it at the end of the workday, and go straight to the gym. I keep it under my bed at night and when the alarm goes off, i take a shot and when i feel the tingles im up out of bed no problems and am the first one to work. I've even started doing classes at the gym. I can push my boundaries with this stuff. It's magical. I love it. GREAT PRODUCT.

So, let me start with the negative and all I can say bad about this is that it says 50 servings, but you take 2-3 servings each use per directions. I initially got this because it said 50 servings and I work overseas so mail comes in not so frequently. Thought it'd be nice to have a little more to get me through, but in reality, it should just say 25 servings/50 scoops. Ok! First time I took this, tasted pretty good and felt it in about 20 minutes. It actually gave me a pleasant rush and good energy. Not shakes and no stomach bubbles. After my first lift with this I got told twice by guys that I looked like I had a nice pump going on. I also was able to workout harder for longer, I wasn't taking anything before this for about a month. Already ordered another curse.
