They are very very good
I was slightly apprehensive to spend so much on sponges after reading reviews some saying they split. I've used one for two weeks and have no sign of deterioration whatsoever. I have a dishwasher so mainly use these for pots and pans. I always soak my pots well before washing and these clean them well. They are a bit stiffer but it doesn’t bother me. I've washed some cups etc also and they work well. They might not be suitable for your finest wineglasses but maybe for those, just use a sponge. For really tough burnt food I just got coconut scourer which works wonders. So in a nutshell. These a good. They have enough scraping power for pots, just have a coconut scourer for really tough stains and a cloth or sponge only for fine glasses. Some people complained about food getting caught in them. Any bits are easily rinsed off if you turn the sponge rough side down and rinse under running water. No problem. They look nice. My boyfriend immediately said he loves the look of it and so I gave him one to take home. The obvious reason for buying is they contain no plastic. These type of products are ridiculously expensive though and that's why they'll never become mainstream until something drastic happens with the prices. I hope that drastic happens.I will update this review if I find they don't live up to expectation. If there's no update, it means I'm happy with them.UPDATE: The sponges are still fine, but I actually bough some plain loofah and cut it up in flat rectangles. It makes a fantastic sponge for much cheaper. I actually prefer plain loofah to the sponge fused ones as it's soft and moulds to the hand like ordinary sponge. Natural loofah cut up also has a soft side and rough side. And can be washed in dishwasher. They'll last forever. I'm a natural plain loofah convert. Sorry Seep.

No plastic solution
Love these sponges! Eco friendly and no plastic in sight. Quality is generally good: they don’t smell after use, and work at least as long as the plastic ones.

Good enough but don’t last long
These are decent and in general with get the job done if you also have a scrubber. The rough side is definitely less effective for scrubbing and they come apart more quickly than a standard sponge, so will get through them faster, but for me it’s acceptable amount to cut back on my plastic use a bit.

Excellent item
Great and long lasting. Clean well and and don’t scratch but are tough on troublesome pits and pans. Would never go back to the awful sponges you get in the supermarket.

Used to love but since branding change, quality has deteriorated
I bought a packet of these last year and they lasted me nearly all year! I was so relieved to find an eco product that was good value for money and did a good job. However, I ordered a new pack recently and the branding has changed and the quality seems to have slipped since then. The cellulose sponge started falling apart on the first use and the loofah bit seems softer and less scrubby.I will continue to use the rest from this pack incase it's just one faulty pad but probably won't order again if they don't last.

amazing!
I don't often write reviews but these things are amazing, bombproof, stay looking clean and have outlasted our plastic one by miles. Even my suspicious of anything new husband likes them.

5 stars, no notes!
Amazing quality, eco friendly, and they last even longer than you think! I make sure to dry them out properly so they don’t breakdown quicker than I want them too. I also pull off the abrasive layer once it’s broken down to where it’s not useful anymore and just use the soft sponge. Definitely recommend

Good enough for me and our world
I bought these to reduce my input of microplastics into the environment. The two parts start to separate quite quickly, and it loses its shape, but lasts long enough to feel you've had value!
